Inquiring Mind, a Program of Humanities Washington

John Salicco is proud to be included as part of the 2008 - 2009 Inquiring Mind Program.

Inquiring Mind is a public humanities program that offers more than two dozen speakers on a wide range of humanities topics including history, literature, philosophy, and public policy. Some presentations are first-person historical characterizations, others are presented in lecture format, still others are traditional story telling presentations. All presentations are followed by an open discussion period in which the speaker interacts with the audience.

Please note that the Grant Financing formerly provided to Humanities Washington to subsidize the Inquiring Mind program was dropped from the Governor's budget for 2009.

Pre-approved programs through May 2009 are fine, but until further notice, no subsidized financing for performances from June 2009 onwards is available.
